ARTIST RELATIONS AT
HANGOUT MUSIC FESTIVAL
During my time as an Artist Relations Intern at Hangout Music Festival, I gained invaluable insight into large-scale festival production, contributing to both site safety and artist operations. On-site, I collaborated with the team to manage talent hospitality, coordinate seamless artist transportation to and from stages, and troubleshoot real-time needs. This fast-paced experience allowed me to master the logistics of backstage management while ensuring a premium, stress-free environment for performing artists and their teams.
GROUND CONTROL &
HEADLINER EXPERIENCE
As a member of Insomniac’s Ground Control and Headliner Experience teams, I was dedicated to ensuring attendee safety, providing compassionate peer support, and delivering an exceptional fan experience. Handling everything from entry logistics to emergency medical coordination, this role provided critical experience in high-stakes crisis management and large-scale crowd operations. Ultimately, it sharpened my ability to maintain a calm, professional presence under pressure while keeping guest welfare the top priority.
REVERB VOLUNTEER
Working on-site for the Billie Eilish and Harry Styles tours with REVERB, I engaged concertgoers in meaningful environmental action and sustainability outreach. This experience allowed me to champion the organization’s and artists’ eco-conscious missions, successfully translating complex sustainability goals into engaging, fan-facing activations at major arena shows.
